Step #1
First interview. We will connect as a group and you will have a one-on-one interview with one of our recruiters.
Step #2
Second Interview. IF needed, we will reach out to you for a second interview in which we'll go more into the reasons why you want to be a coach at English4kids.
Step #3
Paid Training. If we agree you've got what it takes to be an amazing coach, we'll start your training! Training is 3-4 weeks, paid. Right afterwards, we'll give you your first classes!
